At Nigerian Exchange Group Plc, it means creating spaces where honest

To mark International Women’s Day 2026, we hosted “Unfiltered” 
an experience designed not just to celebrate women, but to create room 
for real, candid dialogue.

Seen as Leaders-

We commenced the day with professional headshots, reinforcing a simple 
but powerful message: “every woman deserves to be seen as the leader she is”.

Unfiltered Conversations - Real Impact

But beyond that, “Unfiltered” created something even more meaningful. 

In an intimate brunch setting, women across the Group engaged openly with 
female Board leaders, sharing experiences, navigating challenges, asking bold 
questions, and exchanging insights on growth, leadership, and everything in between. 

It was a space where perspectives met experience, and where conversations 
were honest, unfiltered, and deeply impactful.
