When Muheed Bolarinwa joined NGX Group as an intern, he was eager
to learn, but he didn’t expect the experience to become the start of a
clear, structured career journey. 

From intern to contract staff, and ultimately 
to a full-time role, Muheed’s story is a testament to what’s possible when
talent meets opportunity, mentorship, and an empowering work environment.

From Learning to Leading-
“My first day was exciting and purposeful,” Muheed recalls. 
“Everyone was welcoming, and I was treated like a colleague
 from day one, not just an intern.” It was this sense of belonging, combined 
with clear processes and a collaborative culture, that made him realize NGX Group
was a place to grow long-term. 

Through ownership of responsibilities, consistent performance, and 
guidance from supportive managers, Muheed
transitioned seamlessly into a contract staff and, eventually, a full-time role. 
Along the way, he developed key skills in leadership, communication, creativity, 
and technical execution, all essential for taking on greater responsibilities.

 teamwork. “My team Treated me like family. I received constructive 
feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to take on meaningful work. 
That trust motivated me to keep improving every step of the way.”
