NGX Regulation Limited (NGX RegCo) is an independent subsidiary of Nigerian Exchange Group Plc. (NGX Group Plc.) and a Self-Regulatory Organisation (SRO) registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide regulatory services in the Nigerian Capital Market. We are seeking a highly organised, analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team. S/he will be responsible for coordinating rule and policy making process for Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and supporting NGX RegCo in its provision of rules/policy development, guidance, advisory and related services to all relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating end to end process of developing and/or amending rules, regulatory policies and frameworks.
- Interpreting existing and proposed rules, as well as address related enquiries, for benefit of all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting regular research, building relationships and leveraging existing relationships with all relevant stakeholders, to ensure best practices.
- Writing comment letters on existing and proposed SEC rules, policies or any other regulation or law pertaining to NGX Group and relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting promotion of services and activities of NGX RegCo as required.
- Monitoring and reporting on general developments in Capital Market.
Skill & Experience
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ cognate experience in either legal, regulatory/compliance, or relevant role.
- Strong understanding of securities laws, with solid knowledge of Investments and Securities Act 2025, SEC Rules, NGX Rules, and CAMA 2020.
- Good knowledge of Capital Market.
- Sound business and legal judgment.
- Excellent presentation, problem solving and communication skills.
- Excellent Time management and Project Management skills.

It is an open, professional and vibrant exchange, connecting Nigeria, Africa and the world. The Relationship Manager in the Primary Markets has the main responsibility of attracting new companies to list on The Nigerian Exchange’s Boards – (ASEM Board, Main Board and Premium Board) and increase the value added to existing listed companies on the ASEM Board, Main Board and Premium Board, through The Nigerian Exchange’s various value added services (VAS) offerings to ensure continued retention. The incumbent is expected to develop in-depth knowledge of the sector(s) assigned to them as well as maintain and attract new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect companies to bring them to list on The Nigerian Exchange’s Boards – ASEM, Main Board and Premium Board.
- Market and sell various products & services of The Nigerian Exchange to prospective and existing listed companies.
- Develop, and maintain trusted relationships with the leadership and executive level of listed companies, e.g. CEO, CFO, and Board Members
- Promote listed company interface with The Nigerian Exchange through participation at “bell ringing” ceremonies
Skill & Experience
- HND/Bachelor''s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accountancy, Law, Banking or other related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years’ cognate client facing experience in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Financial Services, Commerce, Agricultural, Transport, Telecoms or Oil and Gas sectors.
- MBA or similar professional/post graduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Track record of attracting and maintaining new client relationships in industry or the financial sector.
- Excellent Understanding of the Capital Market.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
